The use of our websites implies acceptance of "Terms & Conditions" policy.

General guidelines

The use of our websites (labnet.gr, labnetweb.gr) is subject to the Terms – Rules of Use (Terms & Conditions policy) listed below, and implies that you have previously studied, understood, and accepted them in their entirety. In case of disagreement with these Terms – Rules of Use, you must not use the services and content of the websites in question.

These Terms and Conditions of Use may be revised and updated regularly. Please review them periodically, and especially before taking any action regarding the information, services, or procedures included on our websites.

Services to registered users

Once registered, by using your credentials, you can connect to LABNET’s online services, through “LABNET WEBLINK“.

From your account management dashboard you can track the progress and results of your examinations, find relevant supplementary documents, as well as an archive of your registered examinations.

As a registered user, you retain sole responsibility for any action you take through your account. For this reason, you must ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal credentials and not disclose them to third parties. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, as well as for any issue you have regarding the management of your account, please contact the Secretariat directly, which will register and forward your request to the IT department.

Intellectual property (Copyright)

The entire original content of LABNET IAE (except for official Greek and international legislative texts), is subject to the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable national, European, and international law.

The Company retains all intellectual property rights regarding the content of its websites (labnet.gr, labnetweb.gr) and any derivative works created based on it. Its content is freely available to its users for lawful use, provided that in the case of reproduction and further use, it is accompanied by a clear and distinct reference to its source of origin.

The website labnet.gr has been developed using an open-source Content Management System (CMS) under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 2. The intellectual works of third parties, as well as other products or services mentioned, are subject to their own intellectual and/or industrial property rights.

The content of our websites may be subject to changes at the discretion of the Company without prior notice. For any inquiries regarding the intellectual property rights of any part of our content, you can contact the Secretariat, who will record and forward your request to the relevant department.

Disclaimer

Although our Company continually strives for high availability, accuracy, and validity of all the information provided through its websites, it cannot, under any circumstances, eliminate the possibilities of logical and/or technological errors (e.g., syntactical errors, network disruptions, etc.). It also cannot commit to addressing these issues immediately or guarantee responses to all inquiries posed by users. Furthermore, the Company is not liable in any case for any form of damage incurred by the visitor due to the use (or inability to use), lack of availability, or untimely updating of the content, as well as for the consequences of actions or omissions of its users that result from the use of the labnet.gr and labnetweb.gr websites.

Similarly, although the Company makes every effort to ensure that its websites and their content are free from malicious software, it cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that they, or any other website to which there is a reference, or the servers through which the content is made available to users, are provided without “viruses” or other harmful elements. User assumes the respective risk, and any issue that may arise in each situation.

Applicable Law and Other Terms

This document constitutes the entire set of terms under which LABNET SA makes the websites labnet.gr and labnetweb.gr available to its users and is governed by the respective Greek and European laws. In the event that any provision of the above terms is found to be contrary to the aforementioned legal framework or becomes unenforceable, it shall automatically cease to be valid without affecting the validity of the remaining terms in any way. For any relevant issue, you can contact the Company’s Secretariat, which will forward your request to the relevant department. Also, in the event that you have noticed any issue related to the substantive content of the Company’s websites that pertains to legal or ethical matters, please notify the Secretariat once again.
